I went to Korea<\/strong> for a week in summer. I mainly visited Seoul though I also went to\u00a0Gyeongju<\/span><\/a>. Julio<\/span><\/a> showed me around nice places like\u00a0Gyeongbokgung<\/span><\/a> and Jongmyo<\/span><\/a>. But those that look more ancient are the one I like the most so my favourite<\/strong> one was\u00a0Gulguksa<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. It’s a beautiful temple with it’s stairs made of stone and a sculpture that is carved and all 10 won coins.<\/span><\/p>\n

Durante las vacaciones de verano fui a Corea<\/strong> una semana. Aunque tambi\u00e9n fui a Gyeongju<\/a>, principalmente estuve en Se\u00fal. Julio<\/a> me hizo de gu\u00eda y fuimos a ver varios sitios bastante bonitos. Gyeongbokgung<\/a>\u00a0y Jongmyo<\/a>\u00a0eran buenos sitios pero, como yo prefiero los sitios que tienen m\u00e1s aspecto antiguo,\u00a0el que m\u00e1s me gust\u00f3 fue Gulguksa<\/a><\/strong>. Ese templo es muy bonito, con sus escaleras de piedra y una escultura que hasta sale en las monedas de 10 won.<\/p>\n

In Seoul I also saw the traditional Corean houses<\/strong> and the new placed where apparently they prefer living nowadays. High skyscrapers, like honeycombs<\/strong>, all very similar. It was a surprise<\/strong> and I find it quite interesting<\/strong>. I wonder how is it to live in those buildings, so many people together. One day I climbed a nearby mount from where you could see those perfectly.<\/span><\/p>\n

En Se\u00fal, vi tambi\u00e9n las casas tradicionales<\/strong> de los coreanos y las nuevas casas en las que parece que prefieren vivir ahora. Edificios altos, como panales de abejas<\/strong>, todos iguales. Fue toda una sorpresa<\/strong> y me pareci\u00f3 muy interesante<\/strong>. Me pregunto c\u00f3mo debe ser la vida de la gente api\u00f1ada en estos edificios tan altos. Un d\u00eda subi a un monte cercano desde el que se pod\u00edan ver muy bien.<\/p>\n

Of course, not all was visiting buildings, I also experienced the flavours of the Korean cuisine<\/em><\/strong>. Like the surprising varied\u00a0hanjeongsik<\/span><\/a>\u3000(\ud55c\uc815\uc2dd) and the tasty\u00a0neng-myon<\/span><\/a> (\ub0c9\uba74). But what I liked the most<\/strong> and I think is the tastier is the dak galbi <\/strong>(\ub2ed\uac08\ube44). Delicious!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Por supuesto no todo fueron edificios, tambi\u00e9n prob\u00e9 bastantes platos ricos de la cocina Coreana<\/strong> como el tradicional\u00a0hanjeongsik<\/a>\u3000(\ud55c\uc815\uc2dd), sorprendente a la vista, o el rico neng-myon<\/a> (\ub0c9\uba74). Pero lo que m\u00e1s me gust\u00f3<\/strong> de todo fue el dak galbi <\/strong>(\ub2ed\uac08\ube44). \u00a1Buen\u00edsimo!<\/em><\/p>\n

\u30d5\u30ea\u30aa\uff08Julio\uff09<\/a>\u3055\u3093\u3068\u56f2\u7881\u306e\u97d3\u56fd\u68cb\u9662\uff08\ud55c\uad6d\uae30\uc6d0\uff09\u306e\u53cb\u9054\u3082\u3001\u6848\u5185\u3057\u3066\u304f\u308c\u3066\u3001\u3042\u308a\u304c\u3068\u3046\u3002\u9762\u767d\u304f\u3066\u697d\u3057\u304f\u3066\u3044\u3044\u7d4c\u9a13\u3060\u3063\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

So thank you Julio<\/a> and friends of the Korean Go Assoc.\u00a0(Hanguk Kiwon –\u00a0\ud55c\uad6d\uae30\uc6d0) who guided me around. It was an interesting and fun experience!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
